PPC Optimizer Pro is operated as a sole proprietorship. If you have billing questions or want to request a refund, contact us at support@ppcoptimizerpro.com.

1. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a minimum 14-day refund period. You may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the initial charge without giving a reason.

2. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime from Settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals.
  • You keep Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. How To Request a Refund

Email the following details to support:

  • Account email address
  • Date of charge or invoice/transaction reference
  • Reason for refund request (optional)

4. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are initiated through Paddle. It typically takes 5-10 business days for funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank/card provider.

5. Policy Alignment

This Refund Policy is intended to align with Paddle buyer protections, including the minimum 14-day consumer cancellation/refund right.
