How do I create an account?+
Click 'Start 7-Day Free Trial' on the homepage, fill in your email, username, and password. Verify your email, then you're ready to go!
How do I upload a bulk file?+
Go to 'Upload & Process' in the sidebar. Click 'Choose File' and select your Amazon Sponsored Products bulk file (.xlsx). Then click 'Process'.
Where do I get the bulk file from Amazon?+
In Amazon Seller Central, go to Campaign Manager → Bulk Operations → Request Spreadsheet for Download. Select 'Sponsored Products' and download the file.
How long does processing take?+
Most files with up to 30,000 rows are processed in under 60 seconds.

What are optimization rules?+
Rules are conditions and actions that automatically adjust your bids, placements, budgets, and targeting based on your campaign performance data.
How many rules are available?+
We provide 150+ pre-built rules across 3 time periods (14-day, 30-day, and 60-day). You can enable/disable any rule.
Can I customize rules?+
Yes! You can create custom rules with your own conditions, formulas, and filters.
What's the difference between 14, 30, and 60 day rules?+
Each set analyzes your campaign data over that time period. 14-day rules react to recent changes, while 60-day rules look at longer trends.

Billing & Subscription

How does the free trial work?+
You get 7 days of full access to all features. You need to add a payment method to start the trial, but you won't be charged until the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Go to Settings in the sidebar and click 'Cancel Subscription'. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment system.
Is there a yearly plan?+
Yes! Save 38% with our yearly plan at $149/year (equivalent to $12.42/month).

Security & Privacy

Is my advertising data safe?+
Absolutely. All files are encrypted with AES-256 encryption. Your data is automatically deleted after processing and is never shared.
Can I share my account?+
No. Each account is limited to one device at a time. Logging in from a new device terminates the previous session.
Do you store my bulk files?+
No. Files are processed in memory and automatically deleted. We never retain your raw advertising data.
How are passwords stored?+
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Even our team cannot see your password.

Troubleshooting

My file failed to process+
Make sure you're uploading an Amazon Sponsored Products bulk file (.xlsx format). The file should be the original format from Amazon without modifications.
I'm not seeing any changes in the output+
Check that you have rules enabled in the Rules Manager. Also verify that your campaign data meets the conditions of your active rules.
I can't login to my account+
Make sure your email is verified. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email. If disabled by admin, contact support.
The download button isn't working+
Make sure the job completed successfully (green status). Failed jobs cannot be downloaded. Try processing again.
